At Sairahaz.com, each piece is crafted with care—many are made to order. To keep quality high and expectations clear, please review our policy before purchasing.
Return Window

30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date (per the carrier’s tracking).

Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.
What’s Eligible
Returns are only accepted if the item is:

Defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect (different from what was ordered).
To request a return, you must provide time-stamped photos or video showing the issue and keep the item:

Unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed

In original packaging, including any boxes, certificates, documentation, and tags
Not Eligible

Change of mind / personal preference

Wrong size ordered (please use our sizing guide before purchasing)

Custom or personalized items (e.g., name necklaces, engraved pieces, made-to-order designs), unless defective or incorrect

Earrings (for hygiene/safety), unless defective or incorrect

Solid gold jewelry (14K/18K/24K), unless defective or incorrect
We do not offer size exchanges on items where wrong size ordered is excluded from returns.
Custom Orders — Personalization Required
For custom/personalized items:

Provide the required details (name, text, font, language, etc.) within 7 days of purchase.

We’ll reach out up to three times via your checkout contact info during that window.

If details aren’t received within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and 50% of the order total will be retained as a processing/handling fee to cover payment costs, design time, and the reserved production slot.

Once production begins, all custom orders are final sale except where defective or incorrect.
(This 50% fee for unresponsive personalization supersedes any other fees below for these cases.)
Return Approval Required
No return will be accepted without prior written authorization.
Email support@sairahaz.com within the 30-day window with:

Full name and order number

Brief description of the issue

Photos/video clearly showing the defect or incorrect item
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
How Returns Work

Request Authorization: Email support@sairahaz.com with the required info.

Review & Instructions: If validated, we’ll issue a written return authorization with shipping instructions.

Ship Back: Send the item within 3 business days of authorization using a trackable, insured service, safely packaged in original materials.

Inspection: Our quality team inspects upon receipt.

If the defect/error is confirmed, we’ll process a replacement or refund.

If the claim is not validated (wear, missing packaging, customer-caused damage), the return will be denied and the item shipped back at your expense.

Refunds, Replacements & Fees

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 4 business days of inspection approval (bank/card timelines may vary).

Replacements may require standard production time.

A 30% restocking/handling fee applies to approved returns and cancellations except when Sairahaz is at fault (defective/incorrect item). If it’s our error, no restocking fee applies.

For unresponsive personalization cancellations, the 50% processing fee applies (see above).
Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a defect or incorrect item is confirmed.

Sairahaz.com is not liable for lost, stolen, or untraceable return shipments—please use tracking and insurance.
Important Notes

Natural variations in metal tone, stone color/clarity, and engraving are normal and not defects.

Minor differences in size/weight from handcrafted production are expected and not grounds for return.

Sairahaz.com reserves the right to decline any return that does not strictly meet these terms.
