30 Days Hassle-Free Returns: We offer a generous 30-day return policy, giving you the flexibility to make sure your purchase is just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Conditions for Return: To qualify for a return, the jewelry must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn, and in its original packaging. We kindly ask that you include all accompanying documentation and tags to facilitate a smooth return process.

Easy Return Process: Returning an item to Sairahaz.com is a simple and hassle-free process. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Contact our Customer Support: Reach out to our dedicated customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can contact us through Sairahazcom@gmail.com.

  2. Provide Order Details: Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. This information helps us expedite your request.

  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Secure Packaging: Pack the jewelry securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Include all relevant documentation and tags.

  5. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return conditions. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. 

Note:  
If the order was confirmed via email and you still wish to exchange it after receiving the item, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
In case your order is in transit and you decide to cancel it, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you simply don’t like the style or find it unsuitable, a 30% restocking fee will also apply.

Exclusions: Please be aware that certain items, such as custom or personalized jewelry, may have limitations on returns. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. You can expect your refund to be credited to the original payment method within 4 business days. Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If delivery is delayed due to unavoidable events, like natural disasters, and you request a refund, a 30% fee will be applied.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, and it is available, we’ll handle the exchange at no additional charge. We’ll ship your new item directly to you. You’ll be notified by email or SMS if the item you requested is out of stock.
