Returns & Refund Policy
At Sairahaz.com, we value each piece of jewelry as a unique creation and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Because our items are crafted with precision and often customized to order, we maintain a strict and clearly defined return policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and quality assurance.
Return Window
Returns are accepted only within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date as tracked by the shipping carrier. Any requests submitted beyond this 7-day period will be automatically declined, regardless of circumstances.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted exclusively if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (different from what was originally ordered). Clear, time-stamped photographs or video evidence must be submitted within the 7-day window for verification. Jewelry must remain unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including presentation boxes, documentation, certificates, and tags. Missing any component automatically voids eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized jewelry (such as name necklaces, engraved pieces, or made-to-order designs) are strictly non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are non-returnable.

Solid gold jewelry is also strictly non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

Items returned due to personal preference, change of mind, wrong size selection, or perceived style differences will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Custom Orders — Personalization Required
For all custom name jewelry and personalized items, customers must provide the required personalization details (e.g., name, engraving text, font, language) within 7 days of purchase.

We will attempt to contact you via the contact information provided at checkout (e.g., email/SMS/phone) at least three times within this 7-day window.

If we do not receive complete personalization details within 7 days, your order will be cancelled. In such cases, a 50% refund will be issued, and the remaining 50% will be retained as a processing and handling fee to cover administrative time, payment processing costs, design preparation, and the reserved production slot.

Once production begins (after details are received and confirmed), all custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except where defective or incorrect.
Note: This 50% cancellation/processing fee for unresponsive personalization supersedes any other general fees stated below for these specific cases.
Return Approval Requirement
No return will be accepted without prior written authorization from Sairahaz.com. Customers must contact support@sairahaz.com within the 7-day return window, providing:

Unauthorized returns received without formal approval will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Return Process

Review & Instructions: If validated, you’ll receive a written return authorization with shipping instructions.

Ship Back: The item must be securely packaged in its original form and shipped using a trackable, insured courier service within 3 business days of receiving authorization.

Inspection: Upon receipt, our quality control team will conduct a thorough inspection.

If the defect or error is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be processed.

If the claim is invalid (e.g., wear, incorrect packaging, customer-caused damage), the return will be denied and the item shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds, Replacements & Fees

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4 business days of inspection approval (bank/card timelines may vary).

Replacements may require production time depending on item complexity.

A 30% restocking and handling fee applies to all approved returns and cancellations except where a different fee is explicitly stated in this policy. This includes (but is not limited to) cancelled orders already in production, orders cancelled while in transit, or returns accepted after authorization.

For unresponsive personalization cancellations (see section above), a 50% processing fee applies and supersedes the general 30% fee.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the defect or incorrect item is confirmed by our team. Sairahaz.com is not liable for lost, stolen, or untraceable return shipments. We strongly advise purchasing insurance and tracking.
Important Disclaimers
Variations in shade, texture, or appearance of metals, stones, or engravings may occur due to natural characteristics and do not qualify as defects. Slight differences in size, weight, or proportion caused by handcrafted production methods are considered normal and are not grounds for return. Sairahaz.com reserves the right to reject any return request that does not fully comply with these terms.
