• Condition: Unworn, in original packaging with tags
• Custom items: Final sale (non-returnable)
• Sale items: Final sale

How to Return

1. Contact us at returns@sairahaz.com for a return authorization
2. Package your item securely in the original packaging
3. Include your order number and reason for return

Refund Process

• Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Original payment method
• Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items
