How do I send a picture or handwriting for my order?

For picture, handwriting, handprint, footprint, or image-based jewelry, place the order first and then email your image to support@sairahaz.com with your order number. Clear photos help us prepare the design faster.

What kind of picture should I send?

Please send a clear image with good lighting. If the picture is blurry or cropped, we will reach out before making your custom jewelry.

Will you confirm my custom details?

Can I change details after ordering?
