This is a personalized item, and we want your custom details to be clear before it goes into production. You can place your order with confidence — our team reviews the customization details and will contact you if anything looks unclear.

Where do I enter my custom name or text?

Start with the custom name box on this product page. Add the main name, initials, date, or short text there before adding the item to your cart.

Where do I add extra names, stones, dates, or instructions?

If your design needs extra information — such as more names, birthstone months, stone placement, engraving text, dates, or special instructions — add those details in the order notes/additional information box at checkout.

How do I send a picture or handwriting for my order?

For picture, handwriting, handprint, footprint, or image-based jewelry, place the order first and then email your image to support@sairahaz.com with your order number. Clear photos help us prepare the design faster.

Can different names have different stones?

Yes. If each name needs a specific birthstone or stone position, write the full list in checkout notes, for example: Emma - May, Sofia - July, Mom - clear stone.

Will you confirm my custom details?

Yes. If we have any question about names, stones, spelling, layout, or image quality, we will contact you before production. You can also email us at support@sairahaz.com right after ordering if you want to explain anything.

Can I change details after ordering?

Please send any changes as soon as possible. Edits are usually only possible before production starts because each personalized item is made for your order.
